Employee Communications Editorial Lead (10/2019-2/2025)

> Partnered with employee communications colleagues and functional teams across the business to create internal communications that were engaging, clear, and helpful for employees. 

  • Acted as editor in chief for internal communications channels: intranet, weekly companywide email newsletter to 19,000+ employees (60-70% open rate that beat the 50% industry standard), People Leader News weekly email newsletter, digital signage. 

  • Managed editorial calendar, creative agency briefings, tracked newsletter metrics, created processes to support efficiency, provided editorial and comms guidance companywide.

  • The internal campaign I created as an extension of Workday’s “Rock Star” TV ad campaign was named a finalist in Ragan’s Employee Communications Awards 2025 for Employee Communications Campaign of the Year.
